This week, we’re shaking off the midweek doldrums with another Game of Thrones giveaway, courtesy of Dark Horse Comics!

Sculpted with an eye for Jacob Anderson’s likeness, the Grey Worm figure stands 7 and a half inches tall and comes complete with Unsullied armor and the trademark spear and shield of Daenerys’s Unsullied army. This is the newest available figure in Dark Horse’s officially licensed line of Game of Thrones collectibles, and it goes on sale tomorrow February 17th. However today, we’re giving away this Grey Worm figure to one lucky reader!

Game of Thrones season 6 teaser leaks early

We were expecting a glimpse of something new from HBO and Game of Thrones tonight just before the premiere of Vinyl, but it looks like the new season 6 teaser has already leaked.

The teaser focuses on the House of Black and White and the voices of the dead who have come before on Game of Thrones. Jon Snow, Ned, Catelyn, Robb, and Joffrey appear in the Hall of Faces along with other familiar characters.

Game of Thrones season 6 tease coming this Sunday night!

We’ve been waiting for a trailer for Game of Thrones season 6, and finally, we’ve got confirmation that we can expect something before this Sunday night’s debut of Vinyl on HBO.

According to the Game of Thrones official Twitter, a “tease” will air on February 14th at 8:59PM ET. So be sure to tune in then to find out what’s in store this year!

20 new official Game of Thrones photos released from season 6!

After a winter’s drought of fresh news, HBO today released 20 amazing new official images from Game of Thrones Season 6!

The photos feature an array of major characters from the upcoming year, including the returning (and standing?!) Bran, Yara and Balon Greyjoy, blind Arya, tense Lannister siblings and so much more! There is a distinct lack of the new characters, but that just means we have more to look forward to!

The season 6 premiere is now 73 days away, debuting on April 24th, in the show’s standard 9PM time slot.

Season 6 Casting Update!

While we wait for HBO to get around to dropping that season 6 trailer we’re all gagging for, here’s some more Game of Thrones news in the way of casting tidbits!

Mark TankersleyMark Tankersley will be playing a general in the upcoming season. According to his agency’s website, the actor has had “two months of filming General Bolton on Game of Thrones – Season Six.”

It makes sense the Boltons would need a general, given this season’s story and the spoilers coming out of Saintfield, Northern Ireland filming last fall.
