The Game of Thrones Season 5 Blu-ray is coming to retailers everywhere in just a few days, and luckily we got our hands on a copy! So today, we’re going to take a thorough look at the newest edition to our home collection, and then- here’s the really fun part- we’re going to have a giveaway!

That’s right- while everyone else will have to wait until March 15th to buy the DVD or Blu-ray, one of you readers will win Game of Thrones: The Complete Fifth Season on Blu-ray!

Today on our countdown to the season 6 premiere, we have a notable Game of Thrones turning-point episode on our plates: “You Win or You Die,” written by D.B. Weiss and David Benioff, and directed by Daniel Minahan. In addition to featuring the key scene when Ned Stark and Cersei Lannister face off with honesty (leading to a downfall from which Ned never recovers), the episode is balanced by the death of one critical male power player and the introduction of another.

The Game of Thrones season 6 trailer has broken HBO’s all-time record!

Less than a day after being released, the first trailer for Game of Thrones season 6 has broken HBO’s record!

Released yesterday afternoon in a surprise to fans, the “Wicked Game”-scored trailer has accumulated over 30 million views across YouTube and Facebook.

The trailer currently has almost 9 million views on YouTube and over 23 million on the official Game of Thrones Facebook page.
