    1. I defer to Petra on all things Theon and Alfie Allen. Just my two cents – my favorite Theon moments were in S6e1 and S6e2:

      • S6e1 Theon emerges from behind tree stump to sacrifice himself to try to save Sansa from Bolton posse (before Brienne ex machina):

      • S6e2 at 1:56:

Theon: “I don’t want to be forgiven. I can never make amends to your family for the things I’ve done.”

    2. P.S. I didn’t know there was a “poll” of Best Character Moments. I guess that was a Twitter-only thing?

Also, the podcast covered eight characters, I think: Jaime, Jon, Cersei, Bronn, Varys, Theon, Sansa and Dany. I may weigh in on those.

Query: What about Arya Super Ninja Assassin Warrior Princess aka ASNAWP 👸🏻 and Sandor Clegane? 🐓🐓 Did they each have too many Best Character Moments to narrow them down to three choices each?

Yes, yes, I know. I am biased. I thought the last 9 1/2 minutes of S4e1, “Two Chickens” – I mean “Two Swords” – from “Little lady wants a pony?” to Little lady getting a pony, was the best scene out of all 73 episodes, and I thought S4e7, “Mockingbird” was the best episode out of all 73, chock full of great character moments. it featured Sandor telling Arya how Gregor burned him; Bronn declining to be Tyrion’s trial by combat champion against the Mountain; and Oberyn’s wonderful “That’s just a baby”/”I will be your champion” speech. Not to mention Littlefinger, Lysa and the Moon Door to conclude the episode.

    3. My nominee #1 of 2 for Sansa Best Character Moment

S7e7 Sansa & Arya looking out from WF battlements
[Sansa, at 0:58 “Well, don’t get used to it. You’re still very strange and annoying.”]

      Arya: “Are you all right?”

Sansa: “It’s just strange. In his own horrible way, I believe he loved me.”

Arya: “You did the right thing.”

      Sansa: “You did it.”

Arya: “I’m just the executioner. You passed the sentence. You’re the Lady of Winterfell.”

      Sansa: “Does that bother you?”

Arya: “I was never going to be as good a lady as you. So I had to be something else. I never could have survived what you survived.”

Sansa: “You would have. You’re the strongest person I know.”

      (Arya turns to face Sansa)
Arya: “I believe that’s the nicest thing you’ve ever said to me.”

Sansa: “Well, don’t get used to it. You’re still very strange and annoying.” 😄

Arya: “‘In winter, we must protect ourselves. Look after one another.'”

Sansa: “Father. ‘When the snows fall and the white winds blow, the lone wolf dies, but the pack survives.'”

      Arya: “I miss him.”

      Sansa: “Me too.”

    4. Though this isn’t a “happy” Jon Snow scene*, and it’s often overlooked, it’s one of my favorite Jon Snow character moments.

S5e5 Jon unchains Tormund; enemies become allies; beginning of show’s best bromance
at 1:10 Tormund: “What would you have me do, Load Kammandahh?

      * Of course, my favorite “happy” Jon Snow scene is from S1e2 when he watches Nymeria “help” Arya pack, before he gives Needle to Arya.
