Game of Thrones, episode 607 + Twitter = happiness. Except, well…

A man can try to be witty, but a man isn’t Axey.

When Axes run away from the Wall to go play at Mole’s Town (no, he didn’t abandon his post – he’s just strolling about for a while and should be back… eventually), us lesser mortals must try to step in as best as we can.

And I do mean “us”: Shellisandre, Septon Danibald, and Sue were more than nice (and brave!) enough to volunteer to help sort through and collect all of the fandom’s many weird, funny, weird, insightful, and weird tweets. (Yes, that’s right – it takes four people to replace one Axey!)

So, without further ado, here are the tweets for “The Broken Man,” the seventh episode of Thrones‘s sixth season. Please be gentle – it’s my first time.

    Yeah, I saw it. Still having a hard time believing that HBO swiped GRRM’s book title before he published.

  11. I missed Axey for sure, but hey a very big “well done” to the rest of the crew for taking the time to pull this all together for our enjoyment and I did very much enjoy the Tweets. Especially around Lyanna and The Hound. Love for McShane!!

    GRRM gave them permission to use anything in the entire series, I assume.

    One quibble – did you have to include the completely random and offtopic dany hate? I know she’s not ya’lls favorite but come on. She wasn’t even in this episode and we get WOO NO DANY NEXT EPISODE EITHER WOOO and I LOVE THEON AND HATE DANY BLAHBALH

  26. Holy shit Sue is the most unbearable person on the internet. She really had to interject on the Yara lesbian part on someone elses article. I doubt she would if the character in question was a man.
