Simon Russell Beale will play Ser Simon Strong, castellan of Harrenhal and great-uncle to Larys and the late, great Harwin Strong.
Freddie Fox will play Ser Gwayne Hightower, Alicent’s brother whom we saw briefly (in full armor with a lowered helm) get knocked off his horse by Daemon in episode 1.
Abubakar Salim will play Alyn of Hull, a sailor of … ambiguous parentage.
Last but certainly not least we have Gayle Rankin as Alys Rivers, a nursemaid and possible woods witch.
My heart is so full.
Sheila the She Wolf is my giiirrrrl ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Good News!!!
Freddie fox looks way too young to be Alicent’s older brother at this point in the story when she has grandchildren. Are they aging him down?
Red Aly,
Especially since it’s been 20 years since we saw him in the first episode, and he was already obviously older than Alicent.
In general the ages are very off for a lot of characters in this show.
By the time Alicent has grandkids at this stage in the novel, Freddie Fox seems much too young to be her older brother. Do they slow him down?
