To celebrate the start of Season 6 of Game of Thrones and to thank all of our loyal supporters, your favorite GoT site is giving you a chance to win a Watchers on the Wall Prize Package! Show your support of the Wall anywhere you go!

The prize package includes THREE Watchers t-shirts of your choice and a new, soon-to-be-added-to-our-store item, the WotW drawstring bag! How do you enter? It’s easy!

Method #3: SomethingInked Twitter: Follow SomethingInked’s Twitter account (@SomethingInked) in addition to retweeting the Watchers Prize Package Tweet.

Method #4: WotW Facebook: Like the WatchersontheWall Facebook page and like and share the Watchers Prize Package post (you must do both for the extra entry). If you already Like our page, again, no problem. Just like and share the contest post and you are entered!

I’ve watched every season of the show and loved it, but by the end of Season 5, I was so obsessed that I couldn’t stay away from the tidbits of news coming out about the show in the ‘offseason’. Once I discovered WotW, I’ve been nearly a daily visitor and while I may have ‘spoiled’ myself a bit too much, reading the posts here has really gotten me excited for Season 6. Thanks for all the hard work you guys do for those of us who yearn for every bit of GoT we can get in the long night waiting for S6. Valar Morghulis!

  231. Love this sight! I could not have got through these weeks of waiting without it. That being said, I believe Jon Snow will be back. Once we get past the statement “Jon Snow is dead” we can start to see the light. HBO can only keep saying that, but we all know that it really means more.

  294. This seems as good a time as any to announce my existence to the world that is ‘Watchers on the Wall’! I’ve been a long time lurker here since the end of season 5 and really enjoy the news, discussions, photos and videos, and trying to avoid any significant spoilers! It’s my first stop for anything GoT these days, I’m officially addicted!
    3 years ago I’d only heard of GoT on the grapevine, never watched it. A good friend of mine raved about it at a wedding I went to, but after reading the synopsis online I just couldn’t see what all the fuss was about. Then at the end of 2014 I took a chance and put it on my Christmas list. I was bought a 3 season box set (1-3). I sat down to watch it with my better half and we were instantly hooked! It didn’t take us long to get through those 3 seasons (we were thinking it was such a shame there are only 10 episodes in each!). I then bought season 4 and season 5 as soon as it became available on iTunes.
    I have to say this is one of the most enthralling stories on TV I have had the pleasure to enjoy. It’s just brilliantly written, produced and performed. I’m thoroughly absorbed by it all. Whilst catching up on season 5 we were trying hard to avoid the end of season finale, until the BBC website (I’m in the UK) put up an article and a picture of Jon Snow the day after the final episode screened on TV here. I was still catching up through iTunes and was rather annoyed at that! I quickly caught up however and from there started my quest to find information online about season 6 and what might happen next. I soon found Watchers and have been hiding here ever since (never posted).
    Sue does an absolutely fab job here, particularly recently helping to ensure premiere spoilers are hidden from those of us who would prefer not to be spoiled in spite of the enormous temptations! Saying that I have my own theory about what will happen in episode 1, particularly after one of our newspapers here used a very unusual and descriptive word in their review of that first episode. It kind of hints at what might happen. Can’t wait for it all to start now, but I will be avoiding this site tomorrow through necessity, until I have seen the premiere. Living in the UK we don’t get access to episode 1 until tomorrow night! Aaargh!! SO for me SADLY I still have more than a day to wait! But I am so hyped, I can’t wait!!!!

  354. In preparation for Season 6 I’ve re-watched Seasons 1-5 and am now rereading the books from Game of Thrones through a Feast of Crows. It amazes me how much I missed the first time. Is the cat with the ragged ears of the Red Keep the same cat named Belarion who eluded Arya? I think so. Is it a warg cat and will it play a role in the future? Don’t know. Is winter coming? For sure. Can’t wait!
