Wall Nuts: A f*cking Game of Thrones recap, Star Wars, and a prank

While we are waiting for the Game of Thrones Facebook recap, here is some more assorted comedy.

Let’s start with a different type of recap – one worthy of Bunk and McNulty (click the image to be taken to the original post at Valar Bloghulis):

Next, we have a prank video for you – what would it be like renting a place with the Lannister siblings? I bet some people figured it all out earlier, but that footage must have not made the cut. A great idea for a practical joke.

Lastly, a mashup of GoT and Star Wars. No, no light sabres this time – someone created opening crawls for each of the published books (it works with the first three seasons as well, of course). Here is the first one, check out the rest on the linked YT channel:

  1. That prank video was super uncomfortable to watch…but also hilarious. I was definitely impressed with how many subtle Thrones jokes they were able to include.

  2. Damn, they snuck in BOOK references into that prank video. I’m impressed.

Although the guy that was into it was beyond creepy.

I’d love a SWGoT/ASOIF crossover. I’m the only person on the planet who thinks this is a good idea.

And Ramin Djawadi’s “Mother of Dragons” from the S2 soundtrack would be perfect for the Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer that came out last month. Waiting for that fan-made video to pop up on YT.

  4. “We’re looking for someone open-minded.”

    “Hell yeah.”

For $450 rent, I would say the same. No fucks given.

  5. Courtjezter,

Thanks! Unfortunately the YT embed is blocked where I am right now, but I’ll check this out later at the library. (My home Internet connection sucks.)

“Dracarys” is a great track too. S1 and S2 soundtracks are my personal favorites.

  6. Yeah I miss the Facebook recap too…here’s hoping the guys running it over at someecards still put one out….it’s distressing to me that someecards’ site removed the link to the Valar Bloghulis part of the site from the home page…
