Game of Thrones Attrition: Five I Wish Were Still Alive

mero3O’ come all ye faithful, and welcome to your favorite Game of Thrones theme park, WatchersontheWall.com: The unofficial home of the unprofessional.

Here is a list of five that came to mind and wish we could have seen a little more of (even if they were bastards, or womanizing pricks, or both). And worry not… my list will not be filled with the common names so many have chosen in the past.

And even if it did, it is known that you can’t have a reputable website without some kind of list hidden somewhere. It’s an internet regulation for crying out loud. So here is our first one (that I know of). Enjoy. And feel free to add your own in the comments. There are plenty to choose from…

Update: Goran Leš of the Skyscraper City Forum traveled to the set of pillars near Duilovo in Split today, and although he didn’t make it in time to spot any cast or crew, his pictures reveal one very important feature that we haven’t seen before: a set of tall painted doors, one black, and one white.

This makes the new pictures of Maisie Williams and the Braavosi captain spotted on set yesterday (seen below) even more interesting.

Monique Schafter: Fans around the world are hungry for the next series of Game of Thrones, but they’ll have to be patient.

Kristian Nairn: We’re not actually in Season Five, by the way. We have a season off. We have a year’s hiatus.

Monique Schafter: Really?

Kristian Nairn: Solely because, I imagine, our storyline is up to the end of the books. … So I get a year off now to do Rave of Thrones and gallivant all over the world.
