Listen up, Game of Thrones collectors! ReedPOP, a fan-based boutique group within Reed Exhibitions, is collaborating with HBO to develop an all-new assortment of Game of Thrones merchandise.

The collection will include (but not be limited to) apparel, barware, bags and keychains. These products will be available exclusively at ReedPOP events, the first of which will be Emerald City Comic Con in Seattle from March 1 – 4th. Additional products are expected to launch throughout the year at ReedPOP’s various events around the world including New York Comic Con.

“Comic Con attendees are some of the most passionate fans in the world, and we are excited to join forces with ReedPOP to offer them unique, exclusive Game of Thrones products,” said Jeff Peters, the vice president of HBO Licensing and Retail. “We’ll be kicking the partnership off with an impressive lineup of items at ECCC, but this is just the beginning. Fans can expect to see more awesome items at ReedPOP events around the globe.”

“Game of Thrones is a global phenomenon that our fans can never get enough of,” said Lance Fensterman, ReedPOP‘s senior vice president. “Both the programming and talent have historically been a huge hit with fans at our shows, so creating this crossover to provide an exclusive collection of merchandise was a no-brainer.”

  1. A picture with Yara and the word apparel? Does that mean they’ll be selling replicas of Yara’s leather pants?? 😉

  2. From Space Balls …. 1987

Yogurt: Merchandising, merchandising, where the real money from the movie is made. Spaceballs-the T-shirt, Spaceballs-the Coloring Book, Spaceballs-the Lunch box, Spaceballs-the Breakfast Cereal, Spaceballs-the Flame Thrower.

    [turns it on]

Dink, Dink, Dink, Dink, Dink, Dink: Ooooh!

Yogurt: [reacts to dinks] The kids love this one.

[a dink hands him a doll that looks likes Yogurt]

Yogurt: And last but not least, Spaceballs the doll, me.

    [pulls string]

Doll: May the schwartz be with you!

    Yogurt: [kisses the doll] Adorable.

  3. Clob,

Haha – I recall after that episode aired there were quite a few comments on WotW regarding Yara’s tight leather pants and her having a nice ass 🙂

I believe Gemma Whelan heard about these comments and was pleased to know that fact – She didn’t mind at all 😛

  4. Thinking of GoT themed things, I bought a book of stamps today and as I had a bill to pay and wanted the cheque to get there promptly I paid the extra for first class stamps and lo and behold it was a book of stamps with the iron throne depicted!

  5. Little off topic but I just bought a signed Battle of the Bastards script off of Amazon and it is definitely the most exciting purchase I’ve ever made. So worth it.

  6. Mr Derp,

It is signed by the KitN himself. There’s also one signed by Ramsay out there that I want because that would just be sweet to have them both.

Hopefully I didn’t get duped (which I wouldn’t really care about as long as I don’t KNOW I’ve been duped), but it came with a sticker of authentication so I should be good.

Edit: It is an original signature, supposedly.
