Announced in the spring just ahead of the final season,  it’s now close to the time when we can finally get our hands on The Photography of Game of Thrones, written by GoT principal unit photographer Helen Sloan, with Michael Kogge, along with a foreword by David Benioff and D.B. Weiss. The deluxe tome offers a behind the scenes look at Game of Thrones over the years, with beautiful photos and fresh info about the show. The best of Sloan’s collection, along with the work of the unit photography team, is featured in the new book.

  2. I know what I’ll be asking my wife for my birthday. I always marvel at how great Maisie and Kit look in a photo. Just from the video, I can see so many great shots captured.

    This gorgeous Helen Sloan photograph of Beric Dondarrion is one of my favorites.

    Speaking of Richard Dormer, TB, it was announced today that he would be starring in a telly adaptation of a Terry Pratchett novel. Also announced today, all 10 GoT acting nominees will be presenting at the Emmys ! I’m sure Sue and co will post something about it soon. 🙂
