    3. Putting this behind spoiler tags to be on the safe side although it has been partly addressed on the show/on the podcast…

      Regarding the ‘valonqar’/little brother prophecy that is constantly on Cersei’s mind, and the paranoia she feels about it with regard to Tyrion, I did think this line was very interesting after her nightmare that focused on Tyrion: ‘I dreamt of one brother, but the other has come to wake me.’
      It isn’t Jaime who wakes her but he replaces Tyrion in her thoughts, and it feels like possible foreshadowing…

    11. Listening to the podcast right now. What’s funny is that another podcast I listen to just discussed Cersei I and, much like you, focused on the paranoia inside her head. You know, I see a whole lot of her ego shining through as well. She’s like a child who’s been kept under a tight lock and key by Daddy, but for the first time in her life she realizes he’s gone and she’s free. That respect for Tywin you mentioned? I think it was more fear. She was afraid of that man. She saw what he did to others who displeased him. She decided to make sure he saw her as a strong, ruthless mirror of himself. Unfortunately, she couldn’t pull it off because she’s, well, Cersei, and because she’s a girl and he saw all that perfection in Jamie. Now, with Daddy dead, she can “prove herself” to his ghost. She can show him how wrong he was about her! She is the strong, smart one! She is the only one fit to rule! She is a glorious queen! All will love her and despair! (Sorry, LOTR flashbacks, but you get the point)

      Yeah, I know, sorry if that wasn’t clear – I’m familiar with most of the theories surrounding the ‘valonqar’ prophecy. That’s why the line jumped out at me when I re-read the chapter. 😉

    27. I think until 8 march we will have the trailer. If we have to wait more than this im going crazy.

      We already waited too long. And this year we also dont had a featurette like seasons 4 and 5. Its too much pain for me.

      I already have a trailer for the harry potter movie prequel. And the movie will debut just in november and they realesed the trailer in december 2015.
      And a movie has just 2h of screen time.

      Just think about it. We need this trailer for yesterdaysss and we not even have it today. =(

      The inclusion of Nymeria Sand is actually quite interesting, given many of us here assume the Dornish will play a very small role this season. This poster indicates otherwise (at least for Nymeria). Maybe she’ll go to King’s Landing after all?
