Thank the Seven, Con of Thrones is back! The Game of Thrones fan convention is returning this summer, August 25-27, 2023, in Orlando, Florida! Con of Thrones will make its home this year at the Hyatt Regency Orlando.

Tickets will go on sale to the public Friday, February 24th, at 1:00 p.m. eastern time.

Since 2017, Con of Thrones has brought together tens of thousands of the biggest fans and creators for Game of Thrones and A Song of Ice and Fire. 1. I’m surprised that nobody has commented on this article before me. Do I get a ‘Hodor’ or say a ‘Hodor’? Alas, I won’t be able to fly from the UK to attend the event but I will be interested to learn what the guests (presumably some of the main actors from HoD) will have to say when they interact with the audience (assuming this event follows a similar format to ones that were held before the pandemic).

  2. Dame of Mercia,

I doubt a bunch of the main characters are going to show up for this considering this show’s been over for 4 years and they have all moved on to other things, but who knows? I would have to imagine a lot of them are not really interested in answering fan questions about the show anymore. They’ll probably just get asked the same questions they’ve already answered a million times over.

“What did you think about the ending?”
    “Is everyone a secret Targaryen?”
    etc…

I would expect actors with nothing on the horizon like Miltos to show up, but that’s about it.
